Returns & Refunds Policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may review our policy on returns and refunds.

1. Interpretation & Definitions

“Goods” refers to the products offered for sale on our Service.

“Order(s)” means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

“Service” refers to the website.

“You” means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service.

2. Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return:

  • The Goods must have been purchased within 14 days of delivery.
  • The Goods must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags attached and invoice or receipt included.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery, including bikinis and swimsuits, bustier bras, bracelets, and earrings.

3. Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost of shipping the return.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we can’t be responsible for Goods lost or damaged in return shipment.

We cannot issue a refund unless we have received the Goods or proof of delivery return.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned Goods, we will notify you that we have received your return.

If the return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [X] days.

If the Goods are not eligible for return, we retain the right to refuse the return or deduct for damage, loss of value, etc.

5. Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

If the Goods weren’t a gift, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
